Rick Schardein

Back when computers were in their infancy and cell phones were rare and the size of a toaster, Rick had the idea for starting Current360 while still in college, sitting in a printing class. We’re really glad he did because that idea became a reality and, 35 years later, he’s still coming up with great ideas that help our clients grow and thrive. By creating a culture that makes people want to stay, he’s been able to consistently attract top talent and clients who share our values. 

When he’s not handling primary client responsibilities and overall agency management, Rick enjoys traveling, golf, college sports, and sharing the success of Current360, which has been employee-owned since 2009.

Nick Ising

Looking for a way to stand out in the marketplace? Need a killer jambalaya recipe? Wine and bourbon pairings? Nick’s your guy. In addition to his kitchen skills and knowledge of fine wine and bourbon, his strong background in both creative and media strategy gives him the ability to identify critical messaging opportunities that cut through the clutter and resonate with specific audiences. 

Nick’s wide range of experience includes marketing and media planning for education, transportation, festivals, wine & spirits, philanthropic organizations, and banking. He also has a fair amount of experience standing in or around rivers and streams, trying to get trout to go after his large collection of fake insects.

Kati Parrish

With more than two decades of working in advertising, Kati loves making lists and tracking results. Want to see her smile? Just give her some numbers to crunch. Or ask her about her new grandson, Cash. If that doesn’t work (it will), you can simply mention her beloved UofL basketball team, and grinning will ensue. You’ll never hear her be inappropriate (lie), but it’s all good because she manages the HR department. 

Along with helping our clients grow, she’s passionate about her faith, family, and binging on books.

Rob Womack

If there’s anyone who can honestly say, “Been there, done that,” it’s Rob. After traveling the world for seven years in his 20’s, Rob went to LA and started working in film production. Then it was off to New York, where he learned how to program, which eventually brought him back home to Louisville to build websites. At Current360, Rob heads up our in-house production studio, creating all things digital for our clients — videos, commercials, radio spots, and a lot more. 

When he’s at home, Rob likes to create things like homemade kombucha and music.

Jim Deweese

There’s a lot of reasons why Jim’s been here for over 20 years. One is that we like him and appreciate his music selections that play throughout the day. That’s key. Another equally important reason is that he’s really good at creating and designing stand-out work for our clients, like Western Kentucky University, the YMCA, Texas Steakhouse, and more. Actually, that might be the most important reason. 

When he’s not DJ-ing and cranking out great work, he likes to indulge in his passions for vinyl records, comic books, collecting bourbon, and buying guitars that he still hasn’t learned how to play.

Veronica Johnson Idle

If you’re into sports, you’re going like Veronica. Her favorite pastime is visiting MLB parks around the country and cheering on her beloved Kentucky Wildcats. And if you also happen to be into spreadsheets and media flowcharts, you’re really going to hit it off. Veronica brings more than 20 years of advertising experience (all media) to Current360. Along the way, she’s negotiated, planned, and placed media for clients in retail, QSR, travel/tourism, healthcare, education, B2B, and more. 

Outside of the office, she loves being a mom to Luke and Ella, staying active in her church, and advocating for non-profits like the Alzheimer’s Association, BLM Louisville, Elevate Recreation, Metro United Way, and Orphan Care Alliance. She also manages to squeeze in some time for reading and poker, which is kind of like reading but involves taking people’s money.
